INGREDIENTS:
-1 pound 99% lean ground turkey
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
-1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-1 28 oz. can chopped stewed tomatoes
-1 tablespoon chili powder
-1 tablespoon cumin powder
-1/2 cup salsa
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large pot, brown turkey with chopped onion.
2. Add beans, tomatoes, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salsa to turkey mixture. Cook until hot.
3. Serve with brown or wild rice, if desired or add on top of cabbage for a delicious taco salad! 🙂

JUST WHIPPED THIS UP IN 15MIN!
I had to use what I had so here is my changes/additions
Black beans instead of kidney, green jalepeno salsa mixed with reg. salsa.
and my can of tom. had jalepenos in them too!!
Doubled the onions (purple and white)
ate my bowl and then left the rest to simmer for 20 min… should last me all weekend!!
