Good Morning! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Today is Time Saving Sunday, a day to prepare for the week ahead. Spend time today to save time later in the week. If you can, by all means, stay away from the grocery stores! I have found that sundays are Great days to Cook and Prepare but not the best days to Grocery Shop. Everyone waits until Sunday to load up on groceries so best bet to shop mid week when things are a bit more calm. Spend your day preparing in the kitchen. Maybe try a new recipe, why not some healthy cookies!? Here is a delicious Healthy cookie recipe to try: PUMPKIN COCONUT COOKIES. I like to use Sundays as days to prepare my foods for the week and maybe get a little creative and try a new recipe. If I’m in the baking mood, why not try some healthy cookies?
Take a moment today to map out your week. Today’s mental and physical preparation is so important! Take a few moments today to plan. What do you have going on? Doctors visits, kid pick ups, meetings, dinner parties, what is on your agenda that needs some extra planning. You need to mentally and physically prepare yourself for the upcoming week, each Sunday. Just keep in mind how amazing you are going to feel, come Friday, when you were well prepared and able to stick with your healthy food choices. Today Prepare yourself for the week ahead.
