Happy Sunday everyone and hope you all had a fabulous day! I have had a great day, getting tons of things done and things ready and prepared for the week! So I am still fighting this “water buffalo” feeling I have. Gosh, It sure takes some time to get out of my system. By now, I have downed 1 gallon of water and hope to get in another 1/2 gallon by the end of the night. I am also incorporating asparagus into our dinner to keep flushing this excess water!! Gosh, amazing how when we don’t use salt how sensitive we are!!! If I didn’t know it was water, I would literally go crazy, as it is such a change over night! I know so many of you can relate!!
So unfortunately my day started out crazy as I woke up at 3, having to take Bruno out, because he was sick.. yes, I won’t go there… anyways so after that and cleaning up after him (cleaning his crate inside and out), giving him a shower an then back to bed for a short while, my day began…
meal 1: 1/3 c. oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, coffee
meal 2: 6 egg whites, 1/2 c. oatmeal
meal 3: 4 egg whites/veggie (asparagus, celery) omelet
meal 4: 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 scoop protein shake
meal 5: 4 oz chicken, veggies
meal 6– cooking shortly– Tilapia with asparagus and a big salad
meal 7– carb-free protein pancake (3 egg whites, 1 scoop protein powder)
As for my workout– 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill with a 7 minute mile running
Leg day
6 exercises all 4 sets of 20 reps
butt blaster
squats holding a 25# plate
leg press, focusing on pushing with heels
leg extensions
lying hamstring curls
seated hamstring curls
Great workout and now off to cook dinner!

I am starting to pick things up this week, as my wedding is about 7 weeks away, crazy… I will keep you posted on how I change things up!
