INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 c. cantaloupe
-1/3 c. Kashi cereal
-1/2 c. non fat cottage cheese
-1 tbsp flaxseed oil
-1/2 tsp cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
-Place cottage cheese in a bowl and add flaxseed oil. Mix gently
-Add Cantaloupe to cottage cheese and fold gently.
-add Kashi cereal and fold again gently until nicely mixed.
-sprinkle cocoa powder over top and enjoy!
