Congratulations to this incredible cancer survivor who rocked our challenge! Your “no quit” mindset = success, that is for sure! With all of the challenges along the way you dropped body fat and increased skeletal muscle, that is fantastic! Biggest part is the gained energy, sleep and drop of those nasty sugar cravings!
