1- 4 oz. container of vanilla low carb / low sugar yogurt by dannon light only 3 carbs 2 sugars and 1.5 g of fat
1/2 cup of “frozen” strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein powder
Add all of the above in a blender and pulse until all is combined.
I don’t like my fruit to be completely blended here. I prefer it a little chunky.
Serve immediately
