-1 bag cauliflower rice, fresh or frozen
-2 cloves garlic minced
-2 tsp smoked Paprika
-1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
-1 tbsp EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil)
(EVOO can be removed for non fat meal)
Place olive oil to sauté pan. Add mushrooms and sauté until slightly brown. Add all other ingredients and sauté until cauliflower rice is fully cooked and slightly browned. Serve along with lean protein of your choice and enjoy!
