Ingredients:
-1 head of cabbage
-1/2 purple onion
-1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
-1/4 c. green onions
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-fresh pepper- to taste
-1 tbsp parsley (fresh is best but dried works too)
-1 tbsp oregano
-4 egg whites or protein of your choice
Directions:
-Before cutting up cabbage, remove a few outside leaves for your “cabbage Cups”.
-chop onions and cabbage and Saute all ingredients until cooked.
-Use cups to fill with cabbage saute and enjoy!!
Super easy and delicious!
Tip– use more cabbage cups and little filling to allow for more wraps!! 😉
