Is it true that in some organizations, if you don’t make the top 5, let’s say, they don’t call you to come back for the next round? I’m thinking that you go there, all prepared with your 3 suits, and then if you get to go onstage only 1 time because you didn’t qualify… It must be stressfull?!

A: Great question. I can not speak for any other organization than the NPC because that is the organization I work closely with and am most familiar. The shows are so big these days that all athletes are introduced but then they get taken off the stage and only the top 5 are brought back on stage for awards.
For the NPC, all athletes are brought out for comparisons. At night all athletes are reintroduced, brought off, and only the top 5 (those that will receive awards) will be brought back on for their awards…
There is only the two piece suit in the NPC now so you are brought out for comparisons only once…
I am not sure how it works in other organizations but in the NPC you will have a fare look and be given your stage time you deserve….
