Hope everyone’s weekend is off to a great start! I have finished up work and am signing off until Monday or maybe tomorrow later in the day… Tomorrow M has a day planned for us so got everything done to free up my schedule! I am so proud of you for all your accomplishments and continuing to learn more and more about yourselves, with each day! I want to give you something to ponder, over the weekend. I have offered up the “I can have it but choose not to” way of thinking and have been hearing how helpful this has been.
Remember one thing… Food is not the enemy and it does not have control over us! We have control over it! learn to love food, learn to love what it does for you! We do not diet, we Life Life! If we can just learn to break the cycle of dieting or remove that word from our vocabulary and replace it with loving yourself enough to make good choices about your diet, your whole world will open up. We talk about putting yourself as #1 and the respect you owe to yourself… The choices we make are equivalent to the respect we are giving ourselves! Are you honoring your body with your food choices? Think about your worth, your self respect, what you owe yourself! See yourself as a temple and only putting the finest quality into that temple!
