Great full body circuit, look at that…
From our workout I had a few clients, one of which is a member Kelly from AZ. Kelly is preparing for the San Diego show and looks AMAZING. I can’t wait to post photos and see her on stage. Wow, does she look great! I am so proud of you Kelly for all your hard work, dedication and determination. It is all paying off! You look amazing. Remember one thing, Relax!! Practice Practice Practice and relax, you’ve got this! πŸ™‚
After posing with Kelly, came home to see where we were headed for the rest of the day. It was off to the wild animal park. The wild animal park is like the zoo but suppose to be better… I had never been. $35 dollars a person later, we were not impressed. There were not too many animals and the few exhibits we were looking forward to, there was not a single animal… like the Tigers… where were they?? Anyways we did see amazing Elephants and the Gorillas were really cool, like always! One elephant had just been born 12 days ago and weighed 235 lbs, can you imagine. It was too cute and I love those animals! Regardless of the lack of tigers and sparsity among the animals, we had a great time and from there came home… We grabbed a bite at the park.. Everyone had semi “healthy” wraps and knowing that it was an amusement park and A) their idea of healthy is not mine and B) I was going to be starving, and C) I was not going to pay an arm and a leg for “healthy” food, I brought a shake and waited until we got home to eat… see being prepared. I don’t like to waist a meal on amusement park food, if I can avoid it.. if you know what I mean. See always being prepared is KEY!!
Last night we made a delicious meal in
-cauliflower mashed
-pork tenderloin
-asparagus with mushrooms and onions
and a big “gina salad”
It was to die for and they couldn’t get over the cauliflower mashed. Jeremy, Michael’s brother, was stocked and is going to make them in the firehouse, he is also a fireman. He is watching is carbs and trying to lose a few lbs so was excited about these.. He wanted all the ideas. I shed light on our pancakes and these mashed, as a starter …
Too funny because they took photos of my plate, couldn’t get over my crazy huge salad ( you all can relate). People just don’t get it. You can eat, but it is what you eat!! I know we have posted about this in the past but why does the whole conversation have to be about what you are eating, “WOW’s” and comments… “how are you still hungry”…I know people are just interested but I really wish sometimes i could just be, eat, enjoy how I do things without all the comments…
I know people are interested and want to ask questions, learn and understand but it really can get old. I feel like the conversation always goes towards what I am eating, why and then more comments come… sometimes I wish people can just learn from observation…
-she is consistent
-she eats tons of greens
-she is prepared (hence the shake at the park)
—she is onto something….
So the final comment of the evening is that I am a Ninja, with how I eat… I guess we all are Ninja’s—
Thank you all for all your understanding and I know you all can relate, as not many people can!!! You just realize how in our own world we are. People strive to obtain the best physique possible and be in the best shape but sometimes the comments just come across a little harsh. Most likely it is because I hear them day in and day out, as to why they get old but I feel like people want to learn, ask tons of questions but almost question you….
So interesting and often I just feel like it is the topic of every conversation and I really don’t like things always being about me… I feel like there is so much more to talk about than always analyzing what I eat, how i eat it, why i eat it, how i eat it, etc…
Anyways just had to share that with you.
We are off to Tamecula to go wine tasting today and then tonight to grab sushi form dinner and maybe a little dancing. We will see. Everyone is still sleeping so I wanted to get on to update you.
I will most likely not be online until tomorrow to touch base.
Have a great day ladies and let me tell you, we are one of a kind!
love you all
