ingredients:
2 cans of salmon, boneless
1 egg white
1/2 cup of celery, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper for flavor
1/4 onion, diced

mix all ingredients into bowl and use fingers to make into individual patties.

Grill on BBQ until slightly browned on each side.

Patties can also be baked if you do not have a BBQ

Add to a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomatoes or Use Lettuce to wrap up patties!!
