Orange Ginger Salad Dressing
1cup non fat plain yogurt or cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh orange squeezed OR you can use 1/4 c. orange crystal light
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon OR lime  juice
freshly grated  rind of one orange
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Balsamic Dill Dressing
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt or non fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
Creamy Avocado Dressing
1 avocado, peeled & pitted
1/2 c. non fat cottage cheese
5 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh green onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Pepper
Balsamic Garlic Dijon
2 Tbsp  Balsamic,
1 Tbsp  Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tbsp no salt seasing
ginger lime:
2 tbsp balsamic
1 tsp fresh minced ginger
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime
1 clove fresh minced garlic
Erin’s Spicy Lime Dressing
3 T rice vinegar
6 drops stevia
2 T lime juice
1/2 T grated frozen ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t minced jalapeno
1 T sesame oil
FOR ALL SALAD DRESSINGS, PLACE IN BLENDER AND ALLOW TO BLEND WELL UNTIL READY.  LEFT OVERS CAN BE PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR LATER USE OR TO MARINATE LEAN PROTEINS! 🙂
