As you move forward this week, don’t let anything or anyone get in your way. Imagine, you have these big goals and dreams but there is literally someone holding your feet down with ankle cuffs, not allowing you to move an inch? If you are not aware of your surroundings or your personal restrictions, you or someone else can be the cuffs! Restrictions can be mental or physical and either one is just as powerful as another. This week, we are focusing on removing those ankle cuffs and freeing yourself of all your potential. The cuffs represent, procrastination, disorganization, pessimism, not being honest with yourself, self-criticism, downplaying achievements, focusing only on weaknesses while ignoring strengths, keeping goals a secret, demanding perfection, giving up after a small setback, etc. This week, the cuffs are off, you are on it! No procrastination, nothing but tip top organization, optimism, being fully honest with yourself, pat yourself on the back for all your achievements, focus on your strengths, toot your own horn, scream out your goals, realize that there is no such thing as perfection and no matter what keep moving forward, not allowing anything to set you back!
