Are you one of those that never changes your program and stick with the same training routine, reps, sets, exercises, etc… Most people are right there with you.  You get so stuck in your routine and structure that your training/cardio and overall gym workouts stay the same!  My training philosophy and tip of the day is CHANGE!  I talk about it quite a bit but I want you to utilize it for the next 4-6 weeks and get back to me with your success!

If you don’t change your program often enough, your body will fully adapt to it and no longer puts your body to the test and challenges it to make improvements.  Our bodies are very smart and will adapt fast.  When they adapt they see no need to change.  It knows exactly what to expect, (it is Monday, back day, etc.) . When it stops being a challenged, there’s no need for the body to adapt, change, and grow.
You will never know if you are seeing progress unless you stick to the plan for at least 4 weeks.  Give it a go and see how things go!  Simply start with changing the load, volume, exercise variations, or adding in drop sets, various rest periods or combo exercises.  Change is key!!! Try it.
