   Gina,
   Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooo much for doing this. It helped me tremendously. My trainer and I will be putting on the finishing touches this week and I’ll post pics using your tips!

    Hi Ginna since my last Bikini Competiton I am focus in conditioned my shape specially in my backside and of course in my bikini posing and stage presentation I am practicing it and having fun and I am having a classes. It will be great if you can ad a bikini posing video. Bacio

    Hi Mary, As Summer has suggested and asked too, I will work on getting a bikini posing 101 video on the site shortly! Posing and presentation is KEY and so much of the scoring. I will definitely work on this, no problem! 😉 Practice makes perfect!!
