INGREDIENTS
-16 oz 93% or 99% lean ground turkey
-1 can of low sodium chicken broth
-1/2 can pure pumpkin
-1 cup cherry tomatoes
-1 purple onion, diced
– 1 cup of fresh green beans
-2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
-2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
-5 fresh basil leaves
-add ALL ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours, stirring every few hours.  Top off with a low fat Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
