Pumpkin Spice Zucchini Carrot Cake Muffins
2 scoops Protein Powder (Devotion Angel Food Cake)
4 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
1/4 cup water
1 zucchini, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3-4 Pumpkin Spice Flex Flavors (or sub for 2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 25-35 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow to cool and enjoy!
