1 mini bag of low fat popcorn or 1/2 regular bag
1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup water
1/4 c. organic whole cherrios
Preparation:
Pop popcorn in microwave. Mix protein powder and water in large mixing bowl. When popcorn has finished popping, add popcorn and slowly mix until all protein is completely covered in protein mixture. Place peanut butter in microwave for about 10 seconds to allow to soften up. Add Peanut butter and cherrios to bowl of popcorn and protein. Mix gently until all in mixed together. Popcorn will not stay in whole/fluffy kernals but mix gently to keep as much fluffiness as possible. Prepare cookie sheet with a layer of foil sprayed with non stick cooking spray, such as pam. Spoon balls of popcorn/protein mix onto cookie sheet. Make balls as small or big as you like. Place in refrigerator to allow to set. Once hardened, enjoy! šŸ™‚
