2 cups oatmeal uncooked
4 tbsp natural nut butter
2 cups water
2 cups non fat milk or non fat soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops protein powder (flavor of your choice)
4 bsp ground flax seeds

Bring 4 cups of liquid to a boil in a sauce pan.
add remaining ingredients except flax and reduce heat. Cook for 3-5 mionutes until mixture becomes mixed and thick

Ladle into four bowls and sprinkle with 1 tbsp ground flax seeds and serve.
