Does the plan include workouts and cardio? 

The 12-week SHRED does not include workouts. For workouts, you will want to download the G-Fit App. The plan DOES come with the suggested cardio for each week. This is a mix of the best fat-burning, muscle-preserving cardio - both HIIT (high-intensity cardio) and LIIS (low intensity cardio).
