Yes, just like all G-Fit Plans, the plan is gluten-free and offers many substitutions to pick from so you and keep it as on plan as laid out or add variety, depending on what you are feeling. The 12- week SHRED offers macro essentials and suggestions to make it easy to swap as you wish. It's super easy to follow and will leave you satisfied while you stay satisfied and excited for every week's new meal plan.

How is this different than your other plans? 

The 12-Week SHRED is 12 weeks vs. most which are 6-week plans however similar to the 6-weeks plans, it does include a NEW menu each week with a different carb cycling schedule which keeps your body guessing and head in the game with change each week. The 12-Week SHRED also dives deeper into the G-FIT carb cycling methods, what macros are, and includes 7 NEW recipes that can be enjoyed throughout + much more...  6 weeks is an amazing start to your transformation however 12 weeks allows your body to make some serious changes. The 12-week Shred also includes refuel meals so it feels less restrictive.

Does the plan include workouts and cardio? 

The 12-week SHRED does not include workouts. For workouts, you will want to download the G-Fit App. The plan DOES come with the suggested cardio for each week. This is a mix of the best fat-burning, muscle-preserving cardio - both HIIT (high-intensity cardio) and LIIS (low-intensity cardio).

    I have never been able to stick to one of the G-Fit Meal Plans. I would do great for two weeks, get bored and lose my mojo. When I heard about Gina’s new 12 week shred I was excited. Switching the carb cycling plan every week?! That sounded more my style. I could stick to that knowing the following week was something new.

    I have had the most incredible changes to not only my body but mentally, and even emotionally. I feel clearer and overall much more balanced. Menopause – Yup – And NOW Feel Amazing!

    I have now gone back to the monthly meal plans within the App and now have enough knowledge to incorporate them into the 12 week meal planning which I can moved around the weeks.

    Best decision I made, purchasing Gina’s 12 week carb cycling meal plan! I always truggled with being free to make up my own carb cycling meal plan. This plan…. completely took the guesswork out of it for me. I now feel more confident in making my own choices. Each week had a new carb cycle! I noticed over the 12 week period that my body was not only changing but my mood was more consistent (which means my hormones were happy with all the variation!)

    Love this plan! I have done all of the G-Fit things…What I love most about this 12 Week Meal Plan is that it gave me a better understanding of the different carb cycles, feeling my body after a week of the switch, and loving the weekly meal plan change up. I was able to really feel which carb cycle my body liked best. Now I can take this plan, move the weeks around as I wish and use all the G-Fit meal plans I have purchased in between – for a full year of carb cycling! Keep that metabolism firing! No more questioning the purpose of carb cycling as my body and mind sure felt the benefits!

    I loved this plan and how every week is a new menu. It kept me motivated for what the next week was going to look like. I have been doing Gina’s plans for a long time and this is a favorite with the different carb cycles. My body really loved the changes and my mindset loved it too. I never felt deprived on this plan and actually lost an unexpected 5# and wasn’t 100% perfect. I feel like it really kick started my metabolism!!
