Welcome to our FREE 10K/day STEP Challenge!

Within the G-Fit Methods, we are not usually focused on counting.  However, once a few of us within the G-Fit Team became aware of the steps we were NOT taking we to take on a step challenge.  Movement is our medicine and we need to get our booties off the chair and moving beyond my workouts.

As we focus on longevity, as our health and wellness superpower, walking is the secret to long-term success on more levels than just burning calories. WE want you to join our FREE 10,000 Stepping Challenge.   

It's completely FREE to join. Everyone can do it. If you can walk, you can join. This may be the challenge that gets you into motion and gets you from sitting to stepping.

Did you know that on average 10K steps will burn around 500-700 calories?!
