Time, are you lacking time to get things done, especially as the holiday is coming near?! Are you finding yourself maybe hustling more than you thought and trying to figure out how to get everything in? So many things to do in your work life to family life and now having to fulfill the holiday “to do’s”, but so little time. This is the time of year and the week to prioritize. First of all realize that you cannot do everything and there is only so much time in the day but you can do the things that you put on the top of your priority list. Start to look at your day or week ahead and be realistic with yourself. What are the things that need to get done and things you need to do and put those at the top of the list. Maybe make two lists, a list of things that need to get done today and then a list of things that need to get done before the holiday. The more you can plan ahead and be realistic with your time, the easier this week will flow. Your daily list should include some type of exercise, be sure that is top on your priorities. This may be a great time to utilize our 20-30 minute circuit workouts to help you be more efficient with your time but still getting it done. Take a look at your day and your week right now. What are the things that can wait until after the holiday and what are the things that need to get done before. Make a list of those things that you need to accomplish today and then those things that you need to do each day until the holiday. You will feel so much better, once you have a peace of mind and can plan each day based on things that need to get done vs. things that you want to get done. Right now, it is all about being realistic and making that list and suddenly things just don’t seem as overwhelming anymore.
