Berry Kale Pre-workout Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 apple
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2-1 cup kale leaves, Stem removed
1/2 cucumber
1/2 avocado
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup water
1-2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well and serve.
**remember to remove the fibrous kale stem from the kale leaves before adding in the kale
