2 cups potato pulp (sweet or yam is okay)
1/2 cup apple pulp
1 1/2 cups skim milk
4 egg whites
1/2 cup whole gran flower
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Pam for frying (or Canola Oil)

-Mix all pulp and milk. In another bowl mix egg whites, flour, pepper and sea salt. Blend well. Add pulp mixture, blend well. Heat oil in frying pan or spray pam. Use about 3 tbsp batter to make each pancake. Brown, turning until crisp on either side.
