    Hi Gina, Thank you for your tips about motivation and fitness and you are definitely right, people should jump back on after this Holidays specially those who are thinking of “exercising” as a new plan for 2012. Myself even started working out as early as 1st week of December after stopping for 1 year and 6 months and hopefully get back into shape in no time..
