Hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday and it was filled with lots of love, cheers and memories! Today, is the day after Christmas and a great time to prepare for our week ahead. Prepare, mentally and physically allowing the holiday weekend to come to an end and the holidays to pass. Picking things right back up, regardless of the late night, few bites (or two) of holiday dishes, day (days) off from training, today we begin again and it all starts with looking at things in advance and making a plan. Less than a week from 2012, don’t use “next year” as an excuse to wait to get back on the wagon. Picking things back up and jumping right back on Today, not tomorrow or not Next Year, will make a difference in how you feel, carrying you into the New Year. This week we are going to focus on getting a jump start to your New Years Goals and mapping out your plan of attack. It is time to dig into your hidden potential and make things happen. There is so much undiscovered potential within all of us but we must tap into it. We must make a change, make a difference within ourselves and therefore a difference in our surroundings. It is up to you! It is so easy to keep putting things off until tomorrow, tomorrow, … Next Year but Why? It is up to you and you have to make the decision for yourself. How bad do you really want it? A New Year is not about “resolutions” but about a fresh new start, which we all need from time to time. Allow this New Year to bring about a Fresh Start to a New You. A new mindset, new vision, new direction, new way of life, new plan of attack but what is it going to be…. You have everything it takes! Tools, Support, Motivation but ultimately it is up to YOU to make up your mind and follow through. Jump Back on the wagon and this week, concentrate on preparing yourself for one last solid week and lets roll that into a bright fresh 2012.
It is the day after Christmas and what not a better time to use that stored glycogen as fuel to get you going and jump right back on our bandwagon! Here is to a successful finish to 2011 and an exciting bright and successful start to 2012!
