I spoke about Habits the other day and how we are in control and in charge of the decisions we make that form habits! As we continue to shed habits that don’t serve us and bring in habits that will improve and make us better people, it takes time! You be in control of the things you want to bring in and eliminate from your life and create your own habits today! 3. Know who you are.
4. Learn from those around you.
5. Realize you are already free. Free of anything tying you down.
6. Assume there’s another way and go for “your” way.
7. Believe in what you do not what others want you to do.
8. Constantly seek adventure and explore.
9. Be authentic, Be YOU.
10. Be a constant learner.
11. Pick your surroundings wisely. You are who you surround yourself with.
12. Focus on the process/the journey, not the outcome.
13. Embrace change openly.
14. Model excellence.
15. Test what’s possible and anything is possible!
16. Constantly take notes of your experiences and act on what you learn.
17. Stay consistent, persistent and patient!
Commit to changing your habits or adding in new habits whole heartedly. Change doesn’t occur over night and change isn’t easy but if you invest in change, you are investing in YOU!
