INGREDIENTS:
-1 Ezekiel Pita
-1 can of Tuna, in water
-1 tbsp dijon mustard
-1 tbsp dill relish
-1/4 cup celery, minced
-1/4 cup red onion, minced
-1/2 tsp Tabasco
-2 oz Non Fat Almond Jack cheese
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-Finely dice onions and celery and place in mixing bowl.
-Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix thoroughly .
-Cut pita in half and gently open. Place half of tuna mixture in each pita half and fill to top.
-Place 1 oz of almond cheese over top of tuna and place in the oven until cheese is completely melted.
– Optional to place on broil for a few minutes for more of a crunchier melt.
