2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 whole grain cherrios
1/2 cup oat flour
2 scoop protein powder
1/3 cup blueberries or cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
3 tbsp smart balance butter
3 tbsp sugar-free syrup
1 cup splenda
5 large egg whites
1 tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Spray a 9×13 inche baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
-In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients and set aside.
-In a medium owl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour peanut butter mixture over oats and stir until well mixed.
-Pat mixture into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into 15-20 bars.
