    Hey Everyone!
    Just made this dish tonight, changed it up a lil. Added saute mushrooms and onions, chili paste and doubled the garlic!!
    Very yummy and filling! One thing I would suggest to make it taste more like ‘thai’ is to add the noodles to the heated sauce and let simmer for 15 min on low, it helps soften the noodles…made double so I have plenty for lunch tomorrow ๐Ÿ™‚

    Glad you made it jess! Oh you used the KELP noodles, rather than the Shirataki… Makes sense why you should add those to the sauce and let them simmer to soften them up a bit. Glad you made it and great additions! The more garlic, the better! ๐Ÿ™‚
