Try this healthy and super easy recipe Great for the entire family~
PB Banana Coconut Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
-1 medium banana
-2 tbsp peanut butter– I used PB with Flax and Chia seeds (almond butter works too)
-1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Slice banana in 1/2 longwise. Smother each side with each tbsp of peanut butter. Sprinkle coconut and place one 1/2 of banana back on the other. Enjoy!!
