Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Natural marshmallows cut into 20 – 1″ cubes
2 – 2 1/2 cups Grapenuts or your choice of fibrous cereal
Directions
Melt together 3 tbls. of butter, 1 tbls. natural peanut butter, and marshmallow cubes. Stir-in 2 1/2 cups of Organic Grainshop. Pour the mixture into a 8″ x 8″ square cake pan, that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray.
After allowing the mixture to cool slightly, cover the dish with wax paper, and gently press the mixture flat. After cool and firm, cut into 16 square bars. Store the bars in a zip-lock bag.
