1/4 cup regular or quick oats
1 large egg white
1 fl oz water
1/4 tsp leaves Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper
2 oz crushed tomatoes
1 oz shredded Mozzarella (fat free)
Directions:

Grind regular or quick oats in food processor, add spices (Italian seasoning, red pepper and garlic)
Mix ground oats, egg white and water enough to make a pancake like batter – but not too thin!
Spray a non-stick fry pan or I use a round cast iron griddle with cooking spray.
Spread batter into a circle. Flip once.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put “pizza shell” on a baking sheet and top with any of your favorite toppings.
Bake 10 – 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Cut with pizza cutter and there you have your pizza!
