4 cups dry oatmeal
1 bag of unsweetened chocolate chips (can use any chips -carob, light or dark chocolate, cocoa, white chocolate, butterscotch, etc)
1 cup splenda
Heat chips of choice in sauce pan. Once melted, add oats and stir until all oats are covered. Add in splenda and continue mixing. Mixture should thicken up.
Coat cookie sheet with non stick spray (PAM), spoon out into even servings and let sit in refrigerator until settled.
