1 cup of Natural Unsweet Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1/2 of Splenda / or Organic sugar
1 egg OR 2 egg whites
So combine egg and sugar first then add peanut butter mix with a spoon.
Put this in your freezer for about 30min that should help it to set up a bit so you can work with it.
Next, get your mini Ice cream scooper out.. and scoop onto your parchment paper, take a fork and make an impression onto the cookie and flatten. Make a “T” shape imprint.
bake at 350 degrees for approx. 12 minutes
