mustard vinaigrette/marinade:
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
pepper to taste
3 tablespoons chopped dill, optional
1. Make a paste of the dry mustard and vinegar. Add the rest of the vinaigrette ingredients and whisk together. Season to taste. Add optional dill.
Use as a marinade or as a vinaigrette for a delicious salad!

seriously… okay this is too weird. Yesterday it was jenn and the artichokes and now it is you and the mustard marinade.. too funny and just amazing how we all start thinking a like!!
