INGREDIENTS:
-1 4 oz Ono Filet
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
-1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tbsp fresh ginger
-2-4 Mustard Leaves
-2-4 Soy Paper sheets
-1/2 avocado
-juice of 1 lime
-1 cup bean sprouts
-mixed lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit . Place Ono in bowl. Add liquid aminos, sesame oil, and shredded ginger and allow to marinate while oven preheats.
-Place Ono in baking dish and our remaining marinade over top. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top and place in oven to cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked. -While fish is cooking, prepare avocado dressing in a small bowl. Add avocado and lime and mix well.
-Lay out mustard leaves and layer soy paper. Coat soy paper with avocado mixture and top off with mixed greens and bean sprouts. Roll and set on serving dish. Do the same with remaining mustard leaves and ingredients and set aside.
-Add Ono to the plate and serve.
