Hello hello!! wow, where did the day go! I am calling it a day now. Had an awesome workout this a.m. I did it, picked things up with a great hour workout. Here is how it went:
-4 sets of 15 push ups off the bench super set with 1 minute plank holds
-4 sets of jump squats
-4 sets of 15# incline chest press with dumbbells super set with 20 crunches
-4 sets of tricep extensions
-4 sets of tricep push downs super set with off the bench dips
-2 sets of dumbell skull crushers
I had a great fast walk with Bruno Before my workout and then post workout did 10 minutes of super fast walking on an incline followed by 10 minutes of the step-mill. Great workout and way to start off the week.
From clients to working from home then off to the San Diego Blood Bank to donate blood. yes, I donated blood. 🙂 My good deed for the day. Came home for more work, just finished a shake and some green beans. I am drinking lots of water, as told by the nurse. I am off to walk Bruno with M and then making dinner and getting in a little R&R.
