Hope everyone had a fantastic day!! I am headed out on my walk with Big Bad Bruno and then calling it a night with some Nori Wrapped Cabbage rolls! 🙂 Yummy, now that ‘s what I am talking about!! It was dreary and gloomy here in SD today. Puts such a damper on the outside energy but hey hey, nothing stopped me from having a good day! Got in a great 40 minutes of cardio before a upper body circuit and training clients. I was drenched, pushed myself with some serious fast walking. I ran 3 miles yesterday so laid off the running today. 40 minutes (25 fast walking 5.4-5.5mph on the treadmill–yes I was booking it!) then 5 minutes at level 20 on the step-mill and back to 10 minutes of booking it on the treadmill! Great 40 minute Higher intensity walking for my morning cardio. Had a great mix of meals too…
meal 1: oat, protein and chia seed
meal 2: cantaloupe muffins 🙂
meal 3: tilapia with 1/2 c. brown rice and veggies
meal 4: same as meal 3 but with orange roughy
meal 5: protein shake
meal 6: Nori Cabbage wraps with chicken (can’t wait)
meal 7: either shake or no carb pancake before bed….
There was a recipe posted in the forum by Claudine that I will be trying, actually I am her Guinea pig, lol. It reminded me of one of my recipes so I wanted to resurface it. If you are looking for a little treat, a little dessert that is mighty delicious and always satisfies that sweet craving! 🙂
