5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 lemons (Juice only)
3 limes (Juice only)
1 tablespoon Splenda
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
You can alter it according to your taste. Sometimes I’ll add more garlic or pepper flakes to make it spicier!
Mix ingredients in a dish and marinade chicken for as long as you want… I usually only do it for 1/2hour-1 hour.
You can either BBQ it or saute it. Lately I’ve been sauteing it… Spray the pan with Pam and add the marinaded chicken. If you slowly add the leftover marinade to the chicken while you’re cooking it it will turn into a pretty good spicy sauce too. That part took a little practice for me.
