Ingredients:
-1 cup shredded zucchini
-2 egg whites
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1 scoop  protein  (Angel Food Cake Protein Powder)
-2 Flex Flavors of your choice, Pumpkin Spice or Creme Brulee are favorites (all are amazing!!) Optional but recommended for added flavor. If you do not have Flex Flavors you can use 2-4 packets regular Stevia to sweeten but I use Flex Flavors — Flavored Stevia –AMAZING!
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-1/4 cup water
(optional-walnuts)
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Spray baking dish with non stick spray, pour batter into dish and bake at 375 for approximately 25-35 minutes (depends on oven) or until thoroughly cooked and golden brown on top. You should be able to poke the loaf with a toothpick and it should come out clean. Simply enjoy!!
You can make these into muffins too, if desired 🙂
