ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp of peanut butter
1/4 cup of oats
2 tbsp water
direction:
Take a small bowl add protein powder and water . Mix until forms like a dough then add peanut butter and oats.
Place mixture on parchment paper and press down kinda make a square. Place in freezer and freeze for appox. 1 hour.
Eat it frozen like a frozen pop or take out for 5 to 10 min. just to soften a little like fudge.

No oats… of course I don’t have the scientific reason… I seem to be intolerant and I don’t lose when there is oats (or carbs like potatoes, rice, etc) in my diet. So right now, I am mostly green vegetables + lean protein. I have blueberries once every 5 days (2 meals in the day) and I still have cottage cheese, and peanut butter every day. Cheat meals are long gone too. Very strict. I know. I would love to be able to lose weight easily and keep eating the good stuff! eheh But for some reason, the “magic formula” hasn’t been found yet 🙂 Of course, when I am not prepping, it’s another story!!! But 10 weeks out….

Oh yes, we all have our little “formulas”… You will find that Perfect/magic Claudine Formula soon enough. You have to do what works for you but also later be open to options because there are ways to still keep in the “good stuff” and achieve your goals. It is such a learning experience and exciting journey!! We never stop learning!! You are doing awesome Claudine!! Keep up the great work and 10 weeks to go. One day at a time, time is flying by! oh so happy to hear… now you can move forward with you prep… when you can find something to satisfy those cravings, that is awesome!! Aren’t they delicious. You can even use your PB2. I will have to do those when I get home and give you the exact measurements/ingredients. aren’t they yummy!!! 🙂 Glad you liked them.
