Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 16 oz pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium chicken broth powder or bouillon granules OR 1/4 C. low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

Simply place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours!!
Serve over a bed of brown rice or over a delicious salad!
