INGREDIENTS:
-1 can crab meat
-1 portabella mushroom
-1/2 cup celery, finely diced
-1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
-2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
-2 tbsp EVOO
-pepper, to taste
-1 tbsp fresh or dried parsley flakes
-1 Tsp paprika
DIRECTIONS:
-Brush off Portabella mushroom with paper towel. Remove stem and hollow out insides with spoon.
-spray mushroom with Non Stick cooking spray (Pam, Olive oil or Canola Oil)
-In separate bowl, add all ingredients except Paprika and mix well.
-Spoon ingredients into hollow mushroom cap and sprinkle Paprika over top, for color and touch of flavor.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
