HI EVERYONE! I REALLY HAVE TO SAY THESES NOODLES ARE AWESOME! NOT ONLY WERE THEY REALLY GOOD, I WAS FULL AND SATISFIED!!! I WENT STRAIGHT TO WHOLE FOODS WHEN I LEFT GINA’S AND BOUGHT 4 BAGS! I MADE ONE IN THE CROCK POT JUST LIKE THE VIDEO AND I ALSO MADE ONE WITH BROCCOLI SLAW AND VEGGIES, A LITTLE STIR FRY! ENJOY!
So glad you are liking the noodles Gina! And Jessica, so glad you liked them too and gave your honest opinion. You girls are too cute! I too prefer them in broth and warm. Much better that way. I agree 100%!! 🙂
Oh, and by the way, I’ll be making this tomorrow. Looks so tasty! And Jessica, I hear you on the spicy. You sound like me – much more of the spicy, less of the sweet!
I have to say, just like the Shirataki Noodles, you must beware… use noodles within moderation and just because they are low cal/carb/etc. don’t go crazy with them because they can cause flatulence! 😉 (at least I think that was the issue) –bloating and flatulence…
(maybe because I had them for lunch and dinner on Sunday and then for lunch yesterday– total of 2 bags… hummmmm
Moderation with these noodles is Key! 😉 Still love them!!
Ok well I went to Whole foods today and the kelp noodles section was WIPED OUT! haha I was so excited to taste these and was sad when they were out! I got a small bag of Shirataki and made those… they were ok.. Not bad but wondering if the kelp noodles taste better??
Wiped out huh… what is everyone onto them now!!! what??? I know the shirataki are not as good as the real thing but for a no carb pasta, not bad!! It is all about how you season them and what you put on them… THe kelp noodles are different and great in soups. I am curious now to see what you think of them. Keep me posted, definitely curious now! 😉
I know the section was cleared out, crazy huh?! You post and people go a buyin! 🙂 Oh no for sure they arent bad at all! Definitely good for no carb pasta and your right its all in the seasoning, I did chicken broth, a little soy sauce, chili paste and garlic powder.. My neighbor tried it and loved it! I just felt like it needed something else.. I’m all about spice too so maybe it was a little bland for my taste buds.. the hotter the better! 🙂 I cant wait to try the other noodles, they look great in the video 🙂
try the shirataki with a tomato sauce, similar to what you would put on regular pasta!! OR a pesto (you can get those pesto packs at the store) then let’s see what you have to say….
I also love to load it up with garlic, olive oil and pepper!! yummy!! Sometimes even the red pepper flakes.

oh yes it is a 99% lean turkey meat sauce that makes these noodles the bomb diggity! 😉
Haha Oh for sure!! Its funny I almost wrote that but I though nahhh she’ll know I wouldn’t use anything else! Soooo That is how I made it and I have to say I am definitely a fan of these noodles! 🙂 Last night I tried the Shirataki angel hair noodles and tonight I tried the Shirataki spaghetti noodles.. Love them with the sauce and spices!! Its so nice to have an alternative to pasta!
Still have not tried the kelp… Will try those tomorrow or Thursday!
Glad you made it and got a new take on the noodles. It is totally what you put on them that make all the difference. I have also made them with 1/2 shirataki and 1/2 Ezekiel Pasta. Keep me posted on the kelp too!! Yes, these no carb alternatives are priceless that is for sure!
