1 1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup non fat milk, soy milk or non fat buttermilk
2 scoops banana protein powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tbsp grated orange zest
cooking spray (pam)

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Lighly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. (this banana apple bread can also be made as muffins)

In large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another medium bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Prepare milk with lemon (if not using butter milk). Pour bananas, buttermilk (or milk with lemon), applesauce and vanilla into bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just blended. Fold in egg whites, then add walnuts, raisis and grated orange zest. Pour into prepared loaf pan (or muffin pan) and bake for 55 miutes or until golden brown on top.
