Oh my Lordy! I incorporated this today on my track circuit…. Girl!! Of da hook you got that right!! My legs were on fire… No extra weight bu body weight.. Last two I was almost thinking gosh help me to get up and not go down! Ha ha ha ha Loved the rush and the burn on da legs! My kinda of thing! Thanks for posting 😀

Okay so, here is the thing ….. I was coming donw the stairs yesterday and I was like auhmmmm something is not normal….Ouch ouch help me to get down ha ha ha ha. My daughter jumping on me and pressing my quads ahuuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyyyuchhh!! ha ha ha. Cant believe I am so sore today is even more ha ha ha ha. Of course I did some glutes work out yesterdat and really went down on the smith doing those mini squats (giant pain for the bum) hahahaha reeeeeeeeally low, cable deads and cable kickbacks. Beside my beloved shoulda’ and tris. There are somethings that i still cant belive after lifitng that massive amount of weights I was sore but I guess the more i lifted the more they got used to it who knows! I love being sore as it is very hard for my legs to get sore with anything no matter how hard I push them. »really need to vary stuff so they get the HIT! I am off to do some cardio to release some lactic a…. Ha ha ha.

okay so that is too funny! I was wondering how you were feeling! I am like you, taking me 48 hours to feel the full effects of the exercise and soreness! I am glad you had a killer workout and saw first hand the effects of doing less. After doing the same thing day in and day out, of course your body and muscles easily adapted so glad you are changing things up and varying your exercises! Those are killer, as you can see. Sounds like you had a great lower body workout!! Enjoy your cardio and day! Be sure to load up on your glutamine to help with your recovery! have a great day!!
