Ingredients:

2 scoops Devotion Angel Food Cake Protein
1/2 cup almond meal
1 cup Cauliflower Rice*
4 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea
3 Creme Brulee Flex Flavors
1/4 cup walnuts, ground

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until uniform. Pour into non stick muffin tray. If you are not using non stick, spray tin or muffin cups with non stick spray such as coconut oil.

*You can get this prepacked or make it on your own. I use the prepackaged from Trader Joes however if you wish to make it on your own, simply break apart cauliflower head into small pieces, place in food processor and process until forms “rice” size pieces.

Place muffins in oven and allow to cook for approximately 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool and Enjoy!
