Hi carol! Thank you do much for your kind words!!! To prepare the wheat bran, just make it with water, as you would oatmeal. Sometimes I add coconut milk but not often. I add stevia and cinnamon. It is delicious! Let me know what you think!:) thanks again!! Hugs

Also, the meal plan says every other day but what do we follow on the off days that we are not following that? The only option shown is for Sunday, but I’m assuming is not for those days. Please clarify for me. Which of those meals do you recommend for pre & post workout meals?
